		<description><![CDATA[Oh so yummy!  This was the perfect Friday dinner for lent and we enjoyed every bite.  Each dish was nice by itself but &quot;plated&quot; together made it twice as fabulous.  We excluded the proscuitto for this time only and added a smidge of lemon juice in the spinach.]]></description>
