This looks amazing! I had a chicken apricot and brie white pizza once while in Christchurch New Zealand (I know it sounds odd, but it was delish!), this dish kind of reminds me of that – those flavors just blend so well together! Melted brie is seriously like my favorite way to eat cheese. Sometimes for breakfast I’ll just make some toast and melt brie on it
