		<description><![CDATA[looks great :-)  i find you can achieve great texture by mashing them up a little before cooking in oil..  whenever i make home fries i overcook them first in the microwave then cut them while theyre still hot.  then when they go into the oil all falling apart they get the most amazing texture as long as you dont mess with them too much]]></description>
