		<description><![CDATA[You should consider adding some smoked gouda.  I love it on my bar b que chicken pizzas and I really heap it on.  It&#039;s not very &#039;melty&#039; so I usually combine it with mozzarella.  Also, try sprinkling a small handful of chopped cilantro over the top either before it goes in or right when it comes out of the oven for a flash of fresh.]]></description>
