		<description><![CDATA[I doubled the recipe to serve 4 and cooked them on our Big Green Egg BBQ. First I seared them on a high flame. Then I took them off the grill, lowered the heat and placed the seared tenderloins into a glass baking dish lined with foil. I covered them with the glaze and put them back into the covered grill at about 350 for 12 to 15 minutes. Every so often I brushed them with the glaze and turned them a few times in the baking dish. At the very end I put them back directly onto the grill to crisp up a minute.  Served it with ginger rice and stir fried green beans. So good]]></description>
