Just wanted to let you know that there is a Mellow Mushroom in Charlotte! Or at least there used to be…maybe it’s closed? If I remember correctly, I think it’s near Quail Hollow/Carmel Rd. area, not sure exactly where, it’s been a while since I was there. Hope it’s still there – if not, come see us in Asheville and we’ll go to the one here! ☺
