		<description><![CDATA[Delicious salad with light summer flavors.  The vinaigrette would be great on any salad.  I added baby Vidalia onions to my greens and doubled the salad dressing to make sure that I had enough.  When I initially made the dressing it did not look like much in the bowl.  The method of frying the goat cheese was super easy.]]></description>
