My friend Brooke, from Dothan, Al. shared your blog with me, knowing that I love all things healthy! I’m sitting here at my kitchen bar smelling the black bean soup as it simmers. I too love yoga and strength training. I’ve been on my quest of an active lifestyle for 10 years (I’m 55). Growing up in the south no one ever told me such wonderful healthy (not fried) food was possible. My husband retired in March and we are enjoying growing a garden and cooking. I just love trying new recipes. Please keep them coming. I’m a fan!!!
